Shortlist, draft, pitch, publish.
Specific to single-placement and campaign engagements. The four-step master process is on the homepage.
Shortlist
We name the publications we will pitch and the editors who cover your beat. No vague promises about generic media coverage. The list is on paper before we start.
Draft
Our editorial team writes the article. You review and approve. We adapt to publication style guides so editors do not have to rewrite from scratch.
Pitch
Direct outreach to editors and journalists. We negotiate edits, embargoes, and timing. You get visibility into every step.
Publish and prove
The article goes live with your byline. We deliver the coverage report, PDF copy, and performance data within 48 hours.
Per-placement, quarterly, and annual scopes.
Per-placement for one-off needs, quarterly campaigns for sustained presence, annual partnerships for ongoing programs.

What sophisticated buyers ask before they sign.
Tier-1: Forbes, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Variety, Rolling Stone, TIME, Vogue, Newsweek. Trade and tier-2: TechCrunch, Inc., Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, plus law-, medical-, and finance-specific outlets. We name the target publications during the editorial brief, not in vague marketing copy.
Most tier-1 placements go live within 14 to 45 days. We give you a named publication and a published-by date during the editorial brief. The contract carries that date.
Yes for tier-1, with a contract. If we do not place your story in a named tier-1 publication within 30 days, you do not pay. We do not guarantee a specific journalist (editorial independence is real), but we guarantee the publication.
Tier-1 includes the publications most readers recognize: Forbes, WSJ, USA Today, Bloomberg, Variety, Rolling Stone, TIME. Tier-2 includes credible trade and industry outlets that often outperform tier-1 for B2B intent. The price difference reflects the placement difficulty, not the value of the result.
Our editorial team writes everything. You participate in a 30-minute brief, review drafts, approve final copy. The journalist or editor at the publication may make final edits, which we negotiate on your behalf.
You get the live link, a published-version PDF, performance data (impressions, traffic, engagement), and a branded coverage report. You can use the placement in your marketing, on LinkedIn, in pitches, on your site, indefinitely. We also send a distribution playbook for the first 30 days post-publication.
Always. You approve every draft and the final pitch. No surprises in print, no quotes you did not sign off on.
Tell us which publication you want to be in. Few firms can deliver this work. We can.
Thirty-minute editorial brief. We come back with a named publication and a published-by date. No deck.
