Pricing depends on volume, vertical mix, and the depth of integration with your tooling. Small agencies pilot with a single quarterly campaign. Multi-account partners run quarterly minimums in the mid-five figures with custom reporting.

Application is short. Approval is selective. Once approved, pricing is locked for the engagement and reviewed annually. We do not run pricing games on partners.

Before you submit a partnership application.

  • No. Our involvement is white-labeled and NDA-protected. All communications, deliverables, portal, and reporting are under your agency's brand. We do not appear in the client's view at any point. The PR Summit name does not show up in invoices, deliverables, or correspondence.

  • After onboarding, you get a custom-branded portal at a subdomain or path you provide. The portal lists your active engagements, lets you place new orders, shows status across draft, pitch, and live, and serves coverage reports for download. Built for agencies that need to manage multiple client engagements without leaving their brand.

  • Yes. Minimum commitment and pricing are confirmed during onboarding and tuned to your client mix and expected order volume. Smaller agencies can start with a single quarterly campaign as a pilot. We do not run very low-volume one-off orders for partners; the unit economics do not work for either side.

  • Same timelines as direct work. Tier-1 placements live within 14 to 45 days. Tier-2 placements live within 10 to 30 days. The portal shows the status at every step. The published-or-refunded contractual guarantee on tier-1 placements applies to partner orders as well.

  • Yes. Our standard partner NDA covers client identity, communications, deliverables, and the partnership itself. We sign your NDA if you have one, with minor edits to allow internal team coordination. NDAs are countersigned during onboarding before any client work begins.

  • Yes. Many partners use the editorial consulting program for their internal teams alongside the white-label partnership for execution. The two are independent. Partners often run consulting first to build internal capacity, then keep us on for high-tier placements that require our network.

  • Partner pricing is custom and confidential. The structure is wholesale-to-retail with two principles: you control the markup, and the price you pay never exceeds direct retail. Pricing is locked during onboarding and reviewed annually. Application required to see the partner price list.
