Process

Match, prep, book, distribute.

Specific to broadcast. Master process verbs are on the homepage.

01 / 04

Match

We name the show, the segment, and the host. Outlet selection considers audience overlap, segment format, and your comfort on camera.

02 / 04

Prep

Talking points, three-question rehearsal, and on-camera coaching. We work with you on the line that gets pulled into the headline.

03 / 04

Book

Producer-facing pitch, embargo coordination, and travel or remote setup. You get the call sheet a week ahead.

04 / 04

Distribute

Clip, transcript, and quote sheet within 24 hours of air. We tell you exactly which moments to cut for social and how to use them.

Common questions

Before you book a segment.

  • Network morning and business shows (CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Yahoo Finance, Cheddar, Fox Business), regional ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox affiliates in major markets, and the top-200 business and culture podcasts. Selection depends on the story, the outlet's editorial appetite, and your comfort on camera.

  • Television pricing reflects the production effort: outlet match, host research, talking-point tuning, two rehearsals, and post-segment distribution. The airtime itself is editorial, not paid. We do not buy spots and do not work with paid placement formats.

  • Two rehearsal sessions on Zoom or in person, with feedback on pacing, posture, and the line that gets pulled into the headline. We script the cold open and prep three answers to likely questions. The training is included in the per-segment fee.

  • We can name the shows we are pitching and the producers we are talking to. Final booking depends on the producer's editorial calendar and the news cycle. If the named outlet does not book within the timeline, we offer a tier-equivalent rebooking at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations happen, especially in news cycles. We rebook at the next scheduled outlet in the package with priority and absorb the additional outreach effort. You do not pay twice.

  • Yes. The top-200 business, culture, and industry-specific podcasts are part of the network. The fee structure is the same. Podcast appearances often outperform broadcast for B2B intent because the listener is in a longer-form mindset.
